This is what the new guidelines mean for employment contracts from January 1st, 2021
With a resolution of June 2020, the responsible commission initiated extensive changes to the guidelines for employment contracts in the facilities of the German Caritas Association (AVR-Caritas). The changes also affect the design of duty rosters from January 1, 2021, as new additional fees in particular will be introduced if planning rules are violated.
We present the adjustments that have an impact on the design of the roster for doctors and show how these can be skillfully taken into account in the future.
